Hari gini memang lagi demam futsal. Terutama anak kos, di kota - kota besar. Daripada bengong di kos/rumah mending cari - cari keringet bareng temen main futsal. Karena terkadang olahraga yang gratisan kaya jogging dah pada males (termasuk pendi ^.^ ), apalagi sekarang lagi musim ujan, jadi ini merupakan alteratif paling ideal. Ya walaupun harus ngumpulin temen buat main & sedikit ngrogoh kocek. Gak diraguin lagi di Jogja futsal jadi olahraga favorit termasuk bagi pendi. Tapi banyak juga orang main futsal gak pake aturan alias gak urus masalah kesehatan. Asal main yang penting seneng gak peduli mana yang penting buat jaga kondisi khususnya kesehatan. Nanti bukannya sehat malah yang ada sakit, kan repot bro! Kali ini pendi ingin sedikit ngasih tips bermain futsal yang ideal :

1. Lakukan pemanasan sebelum bermain
Hal ini sangat penting, karena Bermain futsal rata rata memerlukan kecepatan dan tenaga penuh dari engkel sampai paha dan otot perlu peregangan agar tidak kaget saat bertanding. Lakukanlah lari2 kecil di dalam atau luar laangan, lakukan pemanasan biasa terutama untuk kaki 5 menit saja cukup. Gak perlu dijabarkan kek gimana kalian pasti dah pada tau kan? seperti pada waktu diajarkan disekolah saat pelajaran olahraga ^.^

2. Pakailah sepatu saat bermain
Agar kuku anda tidak terluka saat menendang bola pada posisi kaki yang salah. Dan tidak sedikit juga bola yang kulit luar nya udah terkelupas. Ini bisa merepotkan juga kalo nendang keras gak pake sepatu, lama - lama mesti panas donk tu kaki.

3. Lakukan pelemasan
Setelah selesai bermain lakukanlah pelemasan di otot - otot kaki dan duduk dalam posisi yang lurus / jangan ditekuk, agar tidak varises.

4. Jangan minum air dingin
Setelah bermain lebih baik hindari minum minuman yang dingin. Minumlah minuman dengan temperatur normal. Sebaiknya bawa dari rumah/kos. Karena Kondisi badan kita setelah bermain yakni panas, kalo langsung diguyur air dingin bisa konslet bro... Pengalaman juga dulu pernah, habis main langsung mimik air dingin sebotol full sampe kos malah mriang T_T
Bukannya dapet sehat malah sakit, gak mau kaya gitu kan?

5. Jangan merokok setelah main
Bagi yang perokok sebaiknya tahan dulu nafsu anda untuk merokok setelah sesaat bermain, agar paru paru mendapatkan oksigen yang cukup. Karena dalam kondisi sehabis olahraga, pompa jantung dan paru - paru meningkat. Jika merokok, nikotin yang masuk akan menghambat/mengrangi jatah oksigen yang masuk.

6. Bayar !
Janga lupa patungan buat bayar sehabis main! hehe,,, Lebih baik dari kos/ rumah disiapkan uang receh pecahan ribuan / 5rb / 10rb. Biar enak ngitung patungannya. ^.^

Not Quantity, but Quality !

Langsung aja, anjuran dan larangan kecil nya sebagai berikut :
  • Berdasarkan riset, Jawablah telepon menggunakan telinga kiri agar radiasi yang diterima otak tidak terlalu besar dibandingkan dengan telinga kanan yang lebih banyak menerima radiasi dalam jarak dekat.
  • Ketika menelepon dan belum tersambung, radiasi akan bertambah kuat, maka sebaiknya jauhkan handphone dari bagian kepala sebelum connect/tersambung.
  • Jika baterry handphone tinggal satu, lebih baik jangan terlalu lama telepon karena radiasi akan meningkat sangat tinggi.
  • Jika Anda sedang sakit dan diharuskan rutin minum obat, maka jangan minum obat dengan air dingin.
  • Buat Anda yang berat nya sudah berlebihan, lebih baik jangan makan makanan berat setelah jam 6 malam. Jika lapar, lebih baik makan camilan.
  • Minum lebih banyak air putuh dipagi hari, malam lebih sedikit. Karena pada saat pagi hari setelah bangun tidur kita semalam pada saat tidur tubuh tidak ada pasokan air (ya iyalah, masa tidur sambil minum kecuali lagi nglindur) Dan pagi hari merupakan starter kita melakukan aktivitas disiang, maka dari itu harus memperbanyak stok air dalam tubuh. Dan malam minum lebih sedikit karena untuk mempernyenyak tidur.
  • Jam tidur yang baik adalah 10 malam sampai 5 pagi. (Bukan pendi banget si, tapi memang itu siklus yang terbaik menurut riset berbagai sumber)

Dampak Negatif dari Sikap Negatif

Hidup setidaknya ada 2 sisi, hitam-putih, baik-buruk, positif-negatif, atau apalah kiasan yang lainnya. Disempitkan lagi pembahasannya untuk manusia, setiap personal pada umumnya punya dua pola pikir yakni positif-negatif. Setiap pola pikir dari otak anda tersebut menciptakan sebuah sikap dari setiap pribadi manusia. Kali ini saya ingin menjelaskan efek dari suatu pikiran yang negatif.
Setidaknya ada enam hal yang dapat ditimbulkan oleh pikiran - pikiran negatif yang berlarut - larut :

1. Pikiran negatif menimbulkan kebimbangan saat hendak membuat suatu keputusan penting.

Bila seseorang selalu mencari dan menganggap semua yang ditemukan dalam hidupnya buruk, maka hal ini akan menjadi kebiasaan ang sukar dihilangkan. Pada saat suatu peluang yang baik muncul, orang ini tidak akan dapat melihatnya.

2. Pikiran negatif dapat menular

Ada peribahasa yang mengatakan : "Bird of the feather flock together" (burung - burung yang sama bulunya selalu bergerombol bersama). Peribahasa ini memang benar. Anda bahkan dapat melihat hal yang lebih menyolok pada manusia dibanding hewan. Manusia mudah berubah dan akan menjadi sama setelah mereka sering berhubugan. Hal ini jika dibiarkan akan menjadi virus lingkungan mental yang berbahaya.

3. Pikiran negatif dapat membuat kita bertindak secara membabi buta

Mungkin Anda pernah melihat orang - orang yang melakukan sesuatu secara berlebihan. Misalnya jika ada atap rumah yang bocor sedikit saja, mereka melihatnya seakan akan rumah mereka diserang badai (lebay). Bagi mereka kehidupan ini hanya dipenuhi kemalangan dan kesengsaraan.

4. Pikiran negatif membuat putus asa

"Bila tidak punya harapan dimasa mendatang maka tidak mungkin ada kekuatan dimasa sekarang". Pikiran negatif dapat merusak dan memutuskan harapan. Hal ini akan berlangsung secara perlahan - lahan, namun kian lama akan menghilangkan semangat orang tersebut.

5. Pikiran negatif daoat mempersempit batas kemampuan kita

Orang - orang yang berpikiran negatif selalu menganggap bahwa hal - hal terburuk bukan berasal dari eksternal saja, tetapi pada diri mereka sendiri. Dan hal buruk yang mereka pikirkan berasal dari dalam diri mereka lebih dominan dibanding bukan dari diri mereka, maka dia akan menjadi orang yang pesimis, mengharapkan hasil yang sedikit, sehingga memang akhirnya mereka hanya mendapatkan hasil yang sedikit.

6. Pikiran negatif membuat kita sulit menikmati hidup.

Orang - orang yang berpikir negatif akan selalu merasa hidupnya selalu merana. Betapa malangnya. Mereka lalai disaat sekarang sehingga mendapat kekecewaan dimasa mendatang. Sehingga hal ini akan berkelanjutan terus dan hidupnya benar - benar tidak akan pernah merasa bahagia.

Apakah termasuk orang yang takut mengambil resiko karena analisis negatif yang muncul tidak bisa dikalahkan dengan positif thinking Anda? Sudah jelas kan, sekarang semua tergantung pada sobat sekalian ingin memilih yang mana.

Apa yang menjadi tolak ukur adalah hasil dari apa yang dikerjakan, bukan seberapa besar impian mereka. Nol besar jika hanya bermimpi tanpa action. Dalam menggapai suatu impian diperlukan tindakan. Sebuah tindakan ditingkatkan lagi levelnya menjadi Kerja keras, yang merupakan sesuatu untuk meraih mimpi lebih tinggi. Terlebih jika kerja keras sudah didedikasikan dan merupakan suatu energi atau bagian dari jiwa untuk meraih mimpi tersebut, sebuah mimpi yang besar. Sehingga dari penjabaran tersebut terbentuklah rumus yang sekaligus menjadi slogan PT. Pertamina KERJA KERAS ADALAH ENERGI KITA.

Masalah memperbandingkan dengan perusahaan seperti Petronas, Pertamina memang masih tertinggal. Maka dari itu hendaknya ada sebuah akselarasi dalam mewujudkan salah satu visi kedepan Pertamina yakni menjadi salah satu perusahaan kelas dunia atau world class integrated oil and gas company pada tahun 2014 yang mana ini masih menjadi perjuangan panjang, tetapi bukan tidak mungkin untuk dicapai. 1. Makan Sahur
Satu hal yang sebenarnya paling penting walaupun ini sunnah. Saya yakin pasti beberapa diantara kalian meremehkan hal ini, alias mengabaikan untuk sahur karena mungkin terlalu malas beranjak dari tempat tidur. Ini nih problem utama yang bisa menimbulkan kondisi badan down yang ujungnya sakit saat puasa. Supaya tetap segar dalam sehari sampai berbuka, menu makan sahur sebaiknya adalah makanan yang mudah dicerna dan Tinggi Kalori Tinggi Protein. Menu sahur tersebut, diperkirakan cukup untuk energi 12 jam. Adapun sisa dua jam diperoleh dari cadangan gula yang disimpan di hati, lemak dan otot. Juga diusahakan mengkonsumsi makanan yang berserat tinggi.

2. Pilihlah makanan yang tepat saat berbuka puasa
Menu yang dipilih pada saat berbuka sebaiknya terdiri dari makanan pembuka berupa minuman atau makanan manis, seperti kolak pisang, kurma atau teh manis. (kalo pendi bisanya ditambah senyuman manisnya Mamah ^_^ )
Karena Makanan manis mengandung karbohidrat sederhana yang akan mudah diserap dan segera menaikkan kadar gula darah. Setelah shalat magrib kemudian dilanjutkan dengan makan makanan pelengkap seperti nasi atau pengganti nasi, lauk-pauk, sayuran dan buah.

3. Jangan langsung makan dan minum minuman dingin yang mengandung es
Hindarilah langsung mengkonsumsi makanan atau minuman yang dingin yang mengandung es saat buka puasa. Sebaiknya, biasakan berbuka dengan minuman yang hangat. Perut yang kosong bisa menjadi kembung, bila langsung berbuka puasa dengan air dingin. Usahakan jumlah cairan yang masuk mencukupi (1-2 liter) sehingga tidak mengalami dehidrasi (kekurangan cairan). Dan jangan lupa berdoa terlebih dahulu sebelum minum untuk membatalkan puasa, karena Air itu Hidup !
Khasiatnya akan lebih baik setelah didoakan, karena strukturnya berubah menjadi berbentuk kristal. Believe or not?! You must believe ! hehe... Bisa anda baca pada postingan saya sebelumnya.

4. Konsumsi Vitamin
Vitamin yang penting dikonsumsi setiap hari adalah vitamin A, B, dan C. Bila perlu ditambah dengan suplemen multivitamin jika buah-buahan dan sayuran kurang mencukupi untuk dikonsumsi. Ini fitur tambahan buat menjaga kesehatan agar lebih optimal.

5. Olahraga kecil
Jangan tinggalkan olahraga. Menjalankan puasa bukan berarti berhenti total berolahraga untuk bermalas malasan dan tidur siang terlalu lama. Justru aktivitas fisik tetap dibutuhkan untuk menjaga kelancaran peredaran darah agar kita tidak mudah loyo. Namun untuk yang satu ini, pilihlah olahraga ringan yang tak membutuhkan energi berlebih, seperti lari-lari kecil atau jalan kaki, fitnes ringan juga pilihan yang tepat. Sekalian ngabuburit. Jenis Makanan Peningkat Daya Ingat

Berhubung topik blog pendi yang berjudul otak untuk belajar, menulis dan membaca bersama serta berbagi tips dan informasi, juga untuk melengkapi postingan sebelumnya yang berjudul Tips trik meningkatkan daya ingat. Kali ini saya akan melengkapi postingan tersebut yakni Jenis Makanan Peningkat Daya Ingat. Karena menurut saya, tips yang paling mudah diterapkan dan mendasar adalah dengan asupan gizi yang benar untuk otak kita agar tetap bugar.

Inilah hasil rangkuman Setelah mengumpulkan informasi sana sini di om google.

Berikut ini beberapa hal yang perlu anda perhatikan berkaitan dengan nutrisi untuk otak :

1. Protein

protein dibutuhkan untuk membuat senyawa kimia neutrotransmiter pada otak anda berfungsi secara optimal. Kendati protein tidak bisa diubah langsung menjadi glukosa sebagai bahan energi, protein diurai di pencernaan menjadi asam amino, yang merupakan bahan dasar neurotransmitter. Hal ini anda tidak berarti harus makan banyak protein atau protein dapat membuat anda jadi lebih pintar, namun tanpa protein fungsi mental anda akan menurun.

2. Karbohidrat


Dalam sebuah penelitian di MIT, peneliti memberikan kepada 40 pria usia 18 hingga 28 tahun makan siang berupa daging ayam kalkun (mengandung 3 ons protein) Setelah itu mereka diminta melakukan penelitian berpikir yang cukup rumit. Pada hari yang lain, mereka diberikan makanan yang terbuat dari empat ons gandum-hampir karbohidrat murni-dan diminta melakukan pekerjaan serupa. Para peneliti tidak terkejut, peserta tes menunjukan pengurangan kinerja mental setelah menemukan makanan berkabohidrat.

Dari hasil penelitian ini bukan berarti anda menghentikan sama sekali asupan karbohidrat untuk tubuh, apalagi kita orang Indonesia, kan tidak mungkin jika tidak makan nasi. Karena makanan berkabohidrat memiliki efek positif yang berbeda bagi tubuh . Makanan berkarbohidrat sangat baik jika anda ingin santai, relaks, dan dapat meredakan stress.

Anda dapat menyiasati agar karbohidrat tidak anda coret dalam daftar menu makanan anda : anda boleh makan makanan berkarbohidrat pada pagi hari seperti nasi, tapi pada siang hari sebaiknya anda makan makanan berprotein tinggi seperti ikan atau ayam untuk menjaga kewaspadaan mental anda.

3. Lemak

Lemak terbagi menjadi dua yakni lemak jahat dan lemak baik. Dalam meneliti efek makanan berlemak dalam pembelajaran, Dr. Carol Greenwod, profesor gizi daari Univ Toronto, Kanada dan rekan rekannya membandingkan tiga kelompok hewan yang diberi makan tiga jenis makanan berbeda. Kelompok pertama makanan nya kaya akan lemak tak jenuh dari minyak kedelai; kelompok kedua makanannya kaya akan minyak jenuh dan lemak babi; dan kelompok ketiga makan makanan standar dan berfungsi sebagai kelompok kontrol. Para peneliti menguji kemampuan hewan untuk belajar 21 hari setelah pembagian jenis makanan dimulai dan menemukan bahwa hewan yang makan lemak tak jenuh dari minyak kedelai tidak hanya belajar 20% lebih cepat, namun juga tidak mudah melupakan apa yang mereka pelajari.

Artinya yang diperlukan otak adalah mengonsumsi lemak tak jenuh secara seimbang seperti lemak yang ditemukan dalam bunga matahari, jagung, minyak zaitun, atau minyak kedelai dan pada makanan seperti avokad, kacang dan ikan.

Megapa mengonsumsi makanan lemak tinggi tidak baik untuk kesehatan?
  • Menguraikan lemak merupakan kerja keras bagi tubuh dan membutuhkan waktu lebih lama daripada zat gizi lainnya.
  • Untuk melakukan metabolisme lemak, darah dialrkan dari organ lain ke pencernaan sehingga aliran darah ke otak menjadi berkurang , dan ini menjelaskan mengapa menjadikan penurunan konsetrasi.
  • Makanan berlemak tinggi dpat menyebabkan peningkatan risiko penyakit - penyakit fatal, seperti jantung, stroke, kanker dan juga memperlambat proses berpikir.
4. Kafein

Meskipun kopi merupakan simultan otak, kopi juga mengurangi aliran darah ke otak. Inilah sebabnya kafein digunakan untuk terapi migrain karena kopi membantu menyempitkan pembuluh darah yang terlalu berkembang di otak. Tidak ada keraguan bahwa minuman berkafein meningkatkan kewaspadaan mental yang mampu bertahan hingga enam jam. Namun, bagaimanapun juga konsumsi yang tidak berlebnihan merupakan jalan terbaik.

5. Gula

Kombinasi yang seimbang antara glukosa (terdapat dalam biskuit atau keripik) dan fruktosa (buah buahan) sangat dibutuhkan oleh otak karena dapat melewati penghalang darah dalam otak.

6. Suplemen Makanan

Dalam dunia yang sempurna, suplemen tidak akan dibutuhkan. Kita semua akan makan makanan alami yaitu makanan organik yang tidak mengalami proses penambahan zat pengawet dan tercemar polusi. Namun, makanan pada saat ini lebih bergantung pada makanan cepat saji (fast food) dengan proses teknologi tinggi dan lingkungan disekitar kita banyak tercemar oleh berbagai zat polusi, asupan nutrisi rata - rata orang berkurang secara signifikan. Memperkaya makanan anda dengan suplemen gizi akan membantu Anda mendapatkan nutrisi optimal. Sebagian orang melaporkan peningkatan energi dan konsentrasi pikiran setelah mengkonsumsi suplemen. Mereka juga menemukan bahwa tingkat kewaspadaan mental tersebut dapat dipertahankan lebih lama meskipyun waktu tidur dikurangi. Hal ini disesuaikan dengan keinginan untuk mengikuti dan berpacu dalam kemajuan zaman.

7. Vitamin dan mineral pembangun Otak

Vitamin mempunyai peranan kunci dalam metabolisme otak. Banyak penelitian menunjukan bahwa kekurangan vitamin merupakan masalah umum dikalanganmereka yang menderita penyakit mental dan manula. Kekurangan vitamin dalam taraf ringan pun dapat menyebabkan depresi dan gangguan semangat.
  • Vitamin A merupakan anti oksidan yang penting dan diperlukan untuk pengembangan sistem saraf pada embrio.
  • Vitamin B apabila tidak dikonsumsi secara mencukupi dapat menyebabkan depresi, penurunan intelektualitas, dan bahkan penyakit jiwa. Vitamin B penting untuk fungsi mental karena berfungsi sebagai katalis agar reaksi kimia dalam sel otak dapat terjadi. Kekurangan vitamin B kompleks, terutama B-1, B-3, dan B-12 dapat menurunkan kinerja ingatan.
  • Vitamin C membantu otak anda menyerap protein untuk membentuk neurotransmitter yang menjadi bagian integral dalam proses berpikir dan mengingat. Semakin rendah kadar vitamin C dalam darah, semakin buruk skor peserta tes dalam kemampuan ingatan jangka pendek dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah.
  • Vitamin E penting untuk menyuplai oksigen pada otot dan melindungi otak dari efek merusak radikal bebas dan proses penuaan . Penelitian terdahulu menunjukan vitamin E dapat membantu memperlambat perkembangan penyakit Alzheimer.
Menurut penelitian, setidaknya ada tiga mineral yang berperan penting dalam fungsi memori, yaitu boron, seng dan magnesium. Sebagai tambahan, mangan, besi, kalsium, tembaga dan selenium pada beberapa kasus juga mempengaruhi kemampuan belajar.

8. Asam Amino

Dalam tubuh manusia ada 20 jenis asam amino yang memebentuk protein ; 12 diantaranya dapat diproduksi tubuh dan dikenal sebagai asam amino non-esensisal, sementara 8 asam amino lain yang merupakan asam amino esesnsial harus didapatkan dari makanan (suplemen). Award Pertama dan Ketiga

Ini dia award pertama saya. Dulu sewaktu dapat award pertama, yang namanya newbie gak tau apa - apa dikasih dari mas petualang dia bilang "tuh pen ane kasih ente award, diambil ya..terserah mau yang mana aja, selamat ya". Sempet bingung juga mau diapain. Maklumlah baru kenal yang namanya dunia blogging. Gaya - gaya sok tau aja deh jadinya. Langsung pendi ambil trus dipasang. Cuma dipasang buat isi - isi halaman blog. hehe.. Tapi setelah walking sana sini, ternyata yang namanya award harus diposting ya? (ini bukan cari - cari alibi lho mas) hahaha...
